The thesis

Attention has moved off the phone and into the open. It now lives on the connected TV in the living room, the display in the back of a rideshare, the panel above the transit platform, the screen at checkout, and the monitors people sit with in lobbies, gyms, quick-service counters and waiting rooms. These are the moments audiences are present and unhurried — and most of them are still bought one publisher and one insertion order at a time.

The supply is real, but it is fragmented. Every operator runs a different stack, speaks a different protocol, and settles on different terms. Buyers who want this inventory programmatically have to stitch it together by hand, with little visibility into who actually controls the screen or how an impression was validated. The result is premium attention that is hard to reach and harder to trust.

oxavane exists to close that gap. We unify connected and in-venue supply into a single exchange that speaks one language — OpenRTB 2.6, VAST 4, OMID and the IAB Tech Lab taxonomy — and we route curated, audience-validated demand across it. One integration for publishers. One auditable marketplace for buyers. The screens between everything else, finally bought the way the rest of programmatic already is.

Principle 01

Transparency by default

We publish our supply-chain identity in the open — app-ads.txt, sellers.json and ads.txt — so any buyer can verify the path from impression to seller. Authorized sellers, declared relationships, nothing implied. Verification should never require a phone call.

Principle 02

Operator-aligned

Publishers keep their screens, their CMS and their freedom. No exclusivity, no hardware lock-in, no minimum inventory to clear, and settlement within 30 days. We earn the relationship every cycle rather than contracting our way into it.

Principle 03

Quality over scale

We curate the supply we connect and validate the audiences we represent. Brand-safe contexts, legitimate sellers and impressions that stand up to scrutiny matter more than a larger number on a rate card. We would rather be the inventory buyers trust than the inventory buyers tolerate.

Standards-first

Everything runs on the open specifications buyers already integrate against — OpenRTB 2.6 for the auction, VAST 4 and OMID for delivery and measurement, IAB Tech Lab taxonomy for classification. No proprietary protocol to learn, no closed format to adopt. Interoperable by construction.

A small team, one focus.

oxavane is operated by Oxavane Inc., a small team working out of Eastvale, California, dedicated to a single problem: making connected and in-venue screen supply buyable through one transparent exchange. We are not a holding company with a dozen products — this is the whole company, and connected and in-venue inventory is the whole mandate.

Because the supply chain is the product, we publish the files that prove it. Our app-ads.txt, sellers.json and ads.txt are maintained continuously and available to anyone who wants to confirm exactly who we are and what we are authorized to sell.
